First, a short guide

You will spend your holiday in a private holiday apartment.

We have put a lot of effort into furnishing our apartments for you and hope that you will have a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

The following "Minimal House Rules" are intended to help you understand how we ideally envision the use of the apartment and its contents. We have also listed a few rules that we hope you will understand.

By treating the apartment with care and showing mutual consideration, you help us to continue providing you with a beautiful holiday apartment in the future.

- The use of the holiday apartments or staying on the premises is at your own risk.
- The tenant and accompanying persons must treat the rental property with care and ensure its safekeeping.
- Do not park backwards towards the house.
Please do not use loungers, umbrellas and awnings in bad weather or wind.
- If needed, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaners, etc. can be found in the hallway cupboard on the ground floor and 1st floor.
- You can reach the bicycle room (outdoor room) from the stairwell down through the laundry room (wooden door), through a small hallway (wooden door), the metal door on the right leads to the bicycle room.

- Please separate your waste accordingly,
BLUE BIN: Paper
YELLOW BIN: Plastic
BLACK BIN: Residual waste

- SUNBATHING AREA
We offer our guests access to part of our private garden.
Always from spring to late summer.
The loungers are free of charge, so we ask you to treat them accordingly.
Please always leave this place clean.

OUTDOOR SAUNA
From February 2021, our holiday guests can also use our private outdoor sauna (for a fee).
There is only a cold water shower in the sauna.
Please only enter the sauna wearing sauna shoes.
It is everyone's own responsibility to keep this sauna house clean.
Shower in your apartment before using the sauna.
Use appropriately sized sauna towels to protect the wooden benches.
Please clean all surfaces with the appropriate moist cleaning wipes before and after.
Please dispose of any waste generated in your apartment.


- The Wi-Fi password was sent by email; if necessary, you can request it by phone: 01786326884.

- Arrival and departure:
Arrival day from 4:00 PM (if you would like to arrive earlier, please inquire)
Departure day by 10:00 AM
On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated and left clean by 10:00 AM. All used dishes must be washed and put away in the cupboards.

- To make the laundry
A private washing machine and dryer are available in the common area. We are happy to make them available upon request. Please just ask.
