You are staying in a privately owned holiday apartment.

We have put a lot of thought into furnishing it for you and hope you enjoy a wonderful and relaxing stay in our holiday apartments.

The following “House Rules” are intended to help explain how we would ideally like you to treat the apartment and its furnishings. We have also listed a few rules and hope you understand why they are necessary.

By treating the apartment with care and being considerate of others, you help us continue to provide you with a lovely holiday apartment in the future.

- Use of the holiday apartments and grounds is at your own risk.
- Tenants and their guests must treat the rental property with care.

- Please do not park facing the house.

- Please do not use the sun loungers, parasols or awning in bad weather or windy conditions.

- Cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, etc. are available in the hallway cupboards on the ground and first floors.

- To access the bike room (Outdoorroom), go downstairs from the stairwell through the laundry room (wooden door), through the small hallway (wooden door), then through the metal door on the right.

- Please sort your rubbish accordingly,

BLUE BIN: Paper

YELLOW BIN: Plastic

BLACK BIN: General waste

- SUNBATHING LAWN

We offer our guests use of part of our private garden.

Available from spring until late summer.

The sun loungers are free of charge, so please treat them with care.

Please leave this area clean and tidy. 

OUTDOOR SAUNA

From February 2021, our guests can also use our private outdoor sauna (for a fee).

The sauna has only a cold-water shower.

Please enter the sauna wearing sauna slippers only.

Keeping the sauna clean is everyone's responsibility.

Please shower in your apartment before using the sauna.

Use sauna towels of an appropriate size to protect the wooden benches.

Please wipe down all surfaces before and after use with the cleaning wipes provided.

Please dispose of any rubbish in your apartment.

- The Wi-Fi password was sent by email. If needed, please call us on 01786326884.

- Arrival and departure:

Check-in from 4:00 pm (if you would like to arrive earlier, please ask)

Check-out by 10:00 am

On departure, the apartment must be left tidy and swept by 10:00 am. Please wash all used dishes and put them back in the cupboards.

- Laundry
A private washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the shared utility room. We are happy to make them available if needed. Just ask.
